Hi
For one of our customer, we have deployed eServices (chat) with IWS. In the Customer History / Contact History using UCS, is there a way to limit the results for the past 2 days or till last day only.

I think that within IWS is "slider" which can change the frame for contact history - by default there are values like a "All", "1day", "week", etc.

Unfortunately there's no limitation on IWS side. As Kubig said, there're options to choose as All, 1M, 1W, 1D.
However you cannot show 1D chat history only, other options are also valid to change it to 1 Month, 1 Week or All depends on UCS DB.

I believe the UCS DB can be set to prune at regular intervals - so you could make sure there is only X number of days of history actually stored in the UCS DB which may solve your problem in a backwards kind of way. See UCS Manager.
