I have installed iws. When logging agent in GAD everything works fine, but when trying in IWS the following messagge appears:
No available channel for this place[b][/b]
There is an extension DN defined for all places.
The IWS application has a connection to T-Server, stat server and message server.
The security.disable-rbac configuration option in the interaction-workspace section is set to true.
Checking the IWS logs I found the following:
14-09-16 16:25:31.416 [ 1] ERROR Workspace.Core.Agent - Not Found Possible Media
14-09-16 16:25:31.419 [ 1] ERROR Workspace.Core.Agent - No Initialized media on the place.
Any ideas?

Permissions...discussed many times. Follow IWS guide step by step. IWS Access group must have access to TServer

I am working with IPS NEC, agents are members of SYSTEM, but still the same error, I think I have all the permissions I need, itīs strange!

Members of System? System has Special Access...not full. Again, please follow the guide. It will work that way

I created a special group, following the guide, but no success either, I open the case in Genesys a few days ago, but still havent answer. As soon i receive an answer i will post it here.
