Hi,

I have recently begun to offer my Services as a remote Certified Genesys Engineer, for Genesys Enterprise Deployments and Support Processes at short-term rates.  My idea is very simple; there are many different aspects of a Genesys Deployment which [i]can[/i], with the right information, be produced remotely - cutting costs and delivery times substantially.  I am continually adding new remote Services all the time to enable my remote support for Clients, Customers, Vendors, VAR's and SI's...
