I am creating a simple Report where i Get ACCPETED in Queue and ACCEPTED IN queue that have attached data X.

I used the  USER_DATA_CUST_DIM_1 to stored my Attached Data.

Note if i do the same with Agent base query - ACCEPTED  and Accepted with attached data X .. it work fine .. only issue is the Queue Report..

Do i need to do any Join to get the Queue reports working ?
