Title: CME access

I am somewhat new to Genesys and I am curious if someone could explain how you setup restrictions in CME? I would like to restrict a particular access group to PERSONS only, so they can change skillset priorities, but thats IT!!!

I need to know how to go about setting the access.

Create a new access group for the users you want to access persons only.
Then right click on Resources then select security and click the permissions button. Click add and select your group and grant them full access. Click OK to come back out.
Now right click on persons again go security and permissions, then add
give only the permissions that you want this group to have (Read, Execute, Delete). Log in as one of the users and test it works properly.
