Title: Make Agent to NotReady when answer

Hi all,

Anyone can show me how to configure agent state to notready when answer call ? and after that agent state change to ready when call release ?

while on Call he is Not Available as he is not Ready. And the Ready will be configuring ACW or WrapUp at least 1 second on your PBX.

The answer depends on the brand of your pbx. The difference is significant between Alcatel and Nortel for example. Have you an ACD?

Thank you all, i was check with PBX guys and now it's working properly.
