Hi ALL!
I'm not getting the system vars, one example, "AppState.LAST EVENT_NAME" the strange thing is that on another client I can.
Is there any option that I set up on IVR profile so that I can get this variable?
Another question:
I am creating a subcallflow to treat the call was dropped and exceptions.
The only one that has an exit exception is Main.callflow to turn this into a directing subcallflow shutdown.
In this flow (shutdown) noticed a hang up occurred in sub X arrives as no hang up.
Has anyone used this method ?!

Both environment are using same GVP interpreter?

refers to MCP!?
Both use 8.x architecture but I can not say the exact version.
I have not idea how to begin troubleshooting ???
