Hello
When we make a transfer to another switch , the connid on the remote switch is not the same that the initiate switch.
Site 1 answer the call and make a transfer connid : 0088025412dcb001
A new conn id in the site 1 is created for a transfer : 0088025412dcb003
And on the site 3, the remote switch, a new connid is created 0092025412dfe001 and the is no another connid on RequestSetCallInfo
1- Why there is a new connid on the remote switch?
2- how we can make a relation with the first connid (site1) on the switch 3 ? Why , on the remote switch we dont find the first connid 0088025412dcb001 ?
3- How we can make make the relation between them in statistic?
I think there is some options not updated because on the production environnment, the connid is the same from the beggining and on the remote switch
Thk you for your help

Check your ISCC configuration, it seems that the cause should be there. About statistics, it depends on used system (GIM, CCA).

Hello Kubig
Thk for your quick response, but how i can check them ? ( ISCC options)
Is it on t server options or Sip server?
-
If you do not know what ISCC is and how is configured, how did you deploy your env? According to this I strongly suggest to contact your Genesys expert to maintain that.
ISCC configuration is mainly configured on switch object.
-
I ask you which options to change specificly.0
Also , Target Type are on" ISCC" and Route type on "Route" on both switch
-
Do not know your env, what type of PBX are you using, etc. So, you have to check ISCC functions and configuration according to the documentation.
-
Check version of TServers, configurations as stated about ISCC. Compare to your PRD environment where it works.
You provide no logs, configurations, anything, in that way help is hard

i have change some options of the cof features, its running correctly now.
The connid is the same now
Thk you
