Title: CCPulse calls transferred to particular Route point

Hi, Want to make new CCPulse view for calls transferred by agent to particular Route point (12345) by agent.

View will be agent wise ..

PLZ help .. !!

possible to do, what is your question? The how? Attach a data and filter based on it

Don't want to do it on filter basis as it will be agent dependent.. Any other way out PLZ ..
