Goodmorning
Little question:
How can i find the amount of calls that can access one ivr port at the same time?
I saw in Configuration Manager the TServer_GVP_1 license option. "num_of_license.
Is that the amount of calls that can access one port?

Do you mean VTP or access to the GVP through the trunk? In first case you can use standard reports (CCA). In second case, you can use reporting server for GVP or build your own reporting engine based on sinks from GVP components.

I think it is the acces to the GVP. There are ivr ports that accept te calls. But what i want to know is how many calls can access one port?

One port can access just one call at one moment
