Title: Facebook profile pictures not displayed

Hello,

I've configured a FB solution with IWS 8.1.4. Everything seems to be working fine just the profile pics are not displayed. Anyone may give me some hints me where should I look for an error or something please? I can't see anything unusual in SM Server or IWS.

I would guess might be a firewall issue on agent PC, copy the URL and try to open on a common browswer
