Title: CTI Errors when connecting with the toolbar

Hi,

We use the DDM Toolbar and ofthen our agents have a CTI Error when the toolbar wants to connect.

What does it mean a CTI error? Where does it comes from?

I suggest you raise a ticket with DDM.
