Title: Help me to upgrade 5.1.5 to 6.5.1

Can I use conversion wizard to transfer my cme from 5 to 6.5?Or is it only for 6.1? If so, how do we go about upgrading from 5 to 6.5?

It's possible for 6.5.x, too.

Database Transfer and Conversion is the worst step of Genesys Upgrade. I've always had trouble about that :)

We upgraded to 6.1 without any problems using the genesys wizards we had sites on both NT and Unix and the only difference was that you couldn't use the installation wizards for the components. However the scripts they bundle for unix worked just as well.

Only thing I'd recommend is to backup the database both pre and post upgrading to the new CME. The most issues come when you use the new application wizards and get something wrong.....
