Title: IWS - update custom field on calling list

Hi all,

I got problem with update data. Here its the case; I got a outbound campaign, and a calling list. That calling list has custom(user-defined) fields. And i send as attachedData to iws. On my iws DetailsRegion view have some combobox to choose some data for my agents.

Here is the question, how can i update custom fields on calling list with iws api ref. ?

Example; agent select some item on combobox, after the call released, update calling list fields.

Read the documentation please and check provided samples by Genesys. You can find there all what you want.

In other hands, you can more specify what is not clear for you and post your code fragment.
