Hello,

We are currently developping interfaces with Genesys.
There is a full functional demo version freely available at http://www.blucore.com that shows an interface with CME.
The software is compatible with CME v5.x, 6.x, single tenant and multi enant.
The aim is to integrate an activeX into any application to get back CME info. The interface CANNOT write into CME. Just read.

If people are interested, an activeX is soon to be released.
It it not supported nor developped with any Genesys libraries inside.

The download link does not work.
Question: You're saying you're not using any Genesys SDK / API. Does that mean you look up information on the DB level? If so: How do you cope with the upcoming changes in G 7?

Well, the application talks with the configserver, not the DBserver.
Regarding v7, I do not have any information. If huge changes have been introduced, it will require an update indeed.
About the link, I tested it with IE 5.0. I will check again. Sorry about this.
