Hi everyone,
an agent here has an error when he starts up his DDM Toolbar. The error says that the toolbar can't access the media type.xml file.
Probably the file will be corrupted in some way?
My question is: is this a file that is beïng created when the toolbar starts up? Like the login config file?
Or is it already existing before the toolbar starts up?

What is DDM Toolbar? It is not a Genesys product as I know.

It is an agent toolbar that works together with Genesys to let the agent take care of calls.

This is Genesys forum, not DDM. But maybe someone know DDM and will help you.

I have already found the solution.
It was the xml file that was in read-only mode.
