Title: Campaign Setup End to End

Hi Guys,

My contact center recently acquired a genesys setup. i'm very new to Genesys and have no idea how to do anything really on it....

to start with:

Can someone please let me know how to set a campaign up - end to end? Call outcomes, Pause codes, scripts etc?
