Title: Need the Basic reference materials about CTI to enrich the Knowledge

Hi All ,

  I'm just a beginner in CTI platform, Could some one please refer any basic reference materials so that I can get some good knowledge. Also I have the Old Genesys Handbook but I need to know the architecture and other things.
Could some one please help me on this ?
