Hi,


Is there any alternate way to monitor LIVE calls (count) for entire process, Like Without CCPulse View.

Within any real-time reporting tool (CCPulse, (EZ)Pulse, etc), own PSDK application or "manually" within IRD, where you can see current number of calls handling by URS.
