Hello,

does anyone have any information/experience with G-Plus adapter for Salesforce?

We have to choose between G+ and C1 for the client, and I am looking for pros-cons between the two.

Hi All,

I tried to get some details about Genesys Gplus adapter in the Genesys doc's site " http://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GP" but unfortunately I couldn't find any for Salesforce.com CRM. If you could help me on this would be much helpful.

I am looking for Gplus Adapter for Salesforce CRM Deployment Guide, Developer's Guide, User's Guide and .def File Migration Supplement documents.
