Title: IWS Not Monitors

Hi,

I can see and select options for coaching or monitoring an agent, but when I want to monitor or coach an agent can not.

The IWS has connected the SIPServer and StatServer, in fact there are moments that are disconnected  the StatServer and not show statistics GadGet, and I have to restart the application of StatServer to work.

The environment where I'm experiencing this problem has:
- IWS 8.1.4
- SIPServer 8.1.101.01
- StatServer 8.1.200.29

I appreciate the help you can give me.

No, right? Systems don't work that way....as you may know....
