Can anyone help how can I go not ready with reason codes (1 to 9) using Genesys provided support phone or ActiveX softphone.
Thank You.

Are you looking for this to match PBX settings at all and which PBX?
For example, with Avaya, if using the hard phone, the ReasonCode comes as an integer under Attribute Extensions. On the Beta or support phone go to the data tab and the bottom window gives you three tabs, user Data, Reasons, and Extensions. Right click in the window select add key value and select integer. In the Key section type ReasonCode and in the value section put the number of the reason code you want (i.e. 4). Login an agent and then click the Set as default data check box go to the connect tab and click not ready. This should produce a Integer KVP under AttributeExtensions with Key ReasonCode and Value 4 exactly like using the hard phone would do. If you keep the check box marked, this will send this reason code under extensions for every state change, otherwise uncheck to continue testing.

Worked perfectly. Thank you mduran22, it was for Avaya and default data check box is something I missed all along. Thanks again!!
