Hi All,
Can we restrict an agent login to IWS on the basis of time range ?
For Example:
Agent01 is allowed to login on IWS from 08:00-18:00, So the RequestAgentLogin request will reject if Agent01 try to login before 08:00 or after 18:00.
Is there anything in Genesys where we can define/configure allowable login time range ? or suggest a work around related to this example.

Yes, within IWS.

Or you can integrate CfgServer with Windows Active Directory on customers domain and create policies for users on domain
