Hey folks
this issue happens once a while with random agents.
message on genesys agent desktop " The connection to server is down". For inbound/outbound agents.
I checked user credentials and nothing is wrong, Any one please help.

The connection on browser against gad server is down. Check your network and server performance

This issue usually happens randomly with an agent. not the same agent all the time.
I will report to the appropriate people
