Title: AgentGroup Workbin Association

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how to know which workbin is associated with which agent group ?

There is a workbin named "Email_Eng" and workbin is agentgroup based.

So how do I know which agentgroup is associated with it ?

Is not. You create rules on your strategy to send interactions to that group workbin. Then on your IWS for that group you allow the access to it.
If you don't define any rule then it is only controled by the IWS capacity to show it or not
