Is someone able to give me informations about how to configure Genesys components in CME to run predictive campaign with an Alcatel 4400 ?

In CME configure:
PROACD as extension, Extension as Position, Pilot as ACDQUE, create a Treatmeant group assign the Pilot created.

What about CPD server and OCS configuration?
How to configure Dialogic ?
