It's strange what is happening because some days ago this feature was working well, and since yesterday (we don't know why) this option appears greyed (unavailable). We troubleshoot the problem and we could see that we have connection to ETL_Service and DAP_for_Datamart on CCPulse+ app.
So, we test to restart StatServer_CCPulse, ETL_Service.....reinstall CCPulse+ but still not works.

I am having the same problem and still searching for a resolution. the option always comes on whenever the etl service is installed/reinstalled, but as soon as I stopped the entire solution, the option wouldn't come on anymore. the doc says CCP+ doesn't maintain a persistent connection to datamart, but doesn't says how to reconnect back....

Well, finally we found a solution.
Ok, CCPulse+ must have a connection to ETL_Service and ETL_Service must have a connection to DAPforDatamart.
Also DAPforDatamart ..... MUST..... appear as component of the Enterprise Routing Solution. (I used the Genesys Wizard)
