Hi Can anyone tell me how this stat works in CCPulse : CurrentGroupState

Format:StatusName (Hours:Min:Sec)
Category:CurrentState
Subject:GroupStatus
MainMask:*

Is this applicable only for outbound ? how does this work for inbound.
Eg: if we have 2 agents in the agent group and one is ready and other is not ready. What does this stat display ?

Basically how this stat works ?

Group States / Status can be one of five States:

Monitored
NotMonitored
WaitForNextCall
NotReadyForNextCall
LoggedOut

Basically; if any single Agent in the Agent Group has a "Monitored" Status (or "above" that), the Agent Group shows as the Status of that individual Agent, as the Status of the whole Agent Group.  Otherwise, the Agent Group is shown as "Not Monitored" or "LoggedOut".
