Hi All,

Anybody worked on Genesys Pulse 8.5 ?

I have implemented the Genesys Pulse 8.5 and voice stats are working fine but when email stats are not working. May be I am doing something wrong.

Can anyone help me which stat should use for Number Of Waiting Email on virtual queue ?

Have you deployed the Java-stats on StatServer for Pulse solution?

No, I haven't deployed Java-Stats on Stat Server because I want the email reporting on virtual queue - not interaction queues !!!

There is no difference between VQ for email and for voice, Pulse is working in same way for both. You can just check the RN , if there are any issue related and make an upgrade. I am using the latest version and all is working as expected.

Ixn connection was missing in Stat server that was the reason email stats was not working !!!

Similiar issue should be tricky to find out :)I am glad you have resolved it.
