hi,
We made some test calls and the calls exist in GIDB but the calls are not in the INFOMART. I have checked all the jobs, and it is working fine.We are missing the calls in infomart. Please help, regarding this issue.

Without any deep information like what logs say, what is status on DB level, etc. In any case, did you open a #SR with Genesys customer care?

Have You managed InfoMart connections to ICON_CFG, ICON_CORE, both DAP's, DAP for InfoMart?
Is it correct role management in ICON ?
Have You apllied ICON DB (at least CFG and CORE/VOICE) upgrade for InfoMart?
A lot of places need to check.

Hi Guys, I am also facing a similar problem like not all calls are apperaing in the infomart DB which are in ICON DB. Ran through the T-server log and all the events are occuring fine. Any inputs please?

Hi Kubig,
All the jobs were running fine except the one below but that too again was completed successfully. So, is there some problem with the calls where they were not completed properly or something? But the VQ is being captured in the EventRouteUsed in the URS logs. Any ideas?

Are your idb cfg tables populated?

Ya, but there are no entries for some calls in Infomart DB which makes a difference the count between ICON DB (g_virtual_queue) and Infomart DB (g_virtual_queue_v) for the calls processed by a particular VQ. Did I explain it properly? Please let me know if its not clear so that I will try to share more info.

You have mentioned just Extract job, which is not enough - did you check status of rest of the GIM jobs?

Hi Kubig, thanks for pointing it.. Can see the below jobs ran successfully for the day. So seems no problems with the jobs?
