Title: Disable GAD Customization

Hello,

I want to disable a GAS integration with GAD due to an error experienced upon screenpop.
Not familiar with scripting deployment or know where project files are (is old customization) so want to recreate as new (is outbound agent script).

is there a recommended way to do this? remove customfile reference in web.xml? restart GAD?
Also receiving problem processing records (GAD marks record as processed when call ends even though all settings are correct ie =true in ocs for record processed option, and outbound action is hard not ready).
Am expecting after GAS is disabled, the record can be marked as answered when call ends.

1. Check GAD docs, it is well explained. Yes, removing from web.xml can work or from custom folder on GAD.
2. Check logs, only you may know what is modified on your GAD.

Just out of interest.
If we cannot locate the original mdb file used to compile the agent script, is it still possible to edit using agent scripting application?
