Hello , Please help to achieve below -
We want to do following -
Agent accepts an email interaction
Agent put the interaction in an agent workbin
We want to monitor " for how long an interaction is sitting in the workbin "? If the duration is more then 2 hours, we want to pull the interaction from agent workbin and put back into the interaction queue.

I checked, please confirm the solution is check the age of interaction in workbin and using scheduled strategy pull it back ?
