Title: CCPulse Customized View

Hi

I got a new requirement for displaying the % of errors happening for IVR calls in CCPulse . The Total number  of IVR calls are tagged under VQ 'A' and the error VQs are 'B', 'C' etc. They want a customized view which shows (Total Calls in VQ 'B' /Total calls in VQ 'A' )*100.

Is there any way I can achieve this?

Mark calls with attached data, create dn group including all VQ's and use filters to count calls.

No janisk, he wants to mix different VQ datas on a single View.
I do remember this was discussed some time ago but can remember the ending. Search the forum.
What I'd try to do is to create a Group DN and using attach data differentiate calls from A and B, then a formula would do the job.
