Title: WebAdmin - Capacity Rule Editor

Hi guys,
Wondering, where on earth is the Capacity Rule Editor on WebAdmin? According to docs online (http://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GA/8.1.3/user/CapacityRules) should be under Provisioning > Accounts > System but can't find it...Is there anything special to do?
Willing to leave this task for some admins and CME is being complicated to ask to install the Wizard on each PC...

Ok,
understood, this is GAX, not GA...
So GAX is a parallel product, I had the idea was a GA plugin...
