ORS is an intrinsic part of the (Interaction/Voice) Routing Solution, which is licensed.

Do you mean "Can I deploy multiple ORS instances?"

I think he means, on his current Genesys environment with conventional URS, can he deploy ORS without any new license? I think you can without problems.

Correct Cavagnaro : we already have a Genesys Contact Center in place with URS, GVP and would like to add ORS.

If you have URS, you can use ORS... it's inclusive.
