Title: Not ready even when agent is logged off

Hi,
Since connecting StatServer to interaction server I see the status of the agent is notready even if I log him off all channels. He has voice and email and in my channels I right click and select log off on both. Still main status of agent is not ready in CCPulse and routing. Is there some option I'm missing so I can see proper status?

What version of StatServer are you using? What says "extended status"?

statserver is 8.1.000.11
Extended status says:
Monitored
OnHook
NotReadyForNextCall
NotReadyForNextCall
LoggedOut

Overall status shown is not ready

Upgrde to last versions, bugs like those were fixed. Learn to read release notes, they are public

Cav is right - there was changed the AgentStatus mechanism and dependencies on related objects.

I just tested with 8.1.200.47 and it seems ok. Thanks alot guys!
