Hello,
We are using GAD 7.6 and want agents to update/select fields in GAD Outbound call.
So CustomField1 has list of options to select from, CustomField2 has different list and so on.
is this possible in GAD?
From my reading it is not but workspace 8.5.1 does now have the functionality to apply disposition codes against custom fields.

Disposition Code can be saved on a custom field.
List values are not an option, unless you do custom development. I do remember a thread on that. Search the forum.
