Title: Genesys Still loading after observe in several minute.

Hi genesys  login in progress always hang in Checking availability of required Java environment.i tried in different browser fire fox, chrome and IE same result, Appreciate for any suggestion.

os: 64bit windows7
java version 8 update 45
