Title: Can we change the calls waiting graph to a set scale, rather than variable?
Post by: DH on May 26, 2015, 04:22:03 PM
Our company just started using Genesys and CCPulse+ for our call center, and there's one thing that drives the users crazy: the graph that shows calls waiting in the various queues defaults to a scale from 0 - 1.2, with 0.2 increments when there's one call waiting. Since you can't have 0.2 of a call waiting, we can't figure out why the heck anyone would want this. The scale then adjusts based on the number of calls so that the actual bar never changes size.

We'd like the scale to start at something reasonable, like 1-10, with the bar changing size with the number of calls, rather than the scale constantly changing.

Is this something we can change on the client-side, either via the app or through the registry?

That has been a struggle on CCpulse for a long time. So far I have been using own development to do that
