Hey,
A lot of mailboxes have acknowledgements setup so when the agents are sending outbound emails they are getting and acknowledgment and my customer wants me to route these into a WB. From here they should be just terminated after a predetermined time.
I'm struggling to identify auto acknowledgemnts but the thing is their Subtype is just InboudCustomerReply. I found some piece of information that might help. There is a UData called [i]Header_Auto-Submitted=auto-replied[/i]. Anyone knows if I can trust 100% this UData is present only on auto replied emails? Or anyone knows another way to achive this?

Should cover almost 100%, but it depends on remote exchange server, if the header about auto-reply is filled properly.
