Hi expert,
As per my understanding..
1) when agent 1 transfer a call to agent2 (in same site,switch), same conn id should be there (as per my understanding)..but i have seen in application log, different connid for both the call.
2)if agent 1, transfer a call to agent 2 (different switch).. diff conn id should be generated..i have seen also the same
3)for conference call..also i have seen new conn id
is it correct?
in which case new connid will be generate ? (in transfer call)..what about for conference call?

It depends on used PBX type, multi-site configuration on Genesys level and used type of the transfer.

whenever , there is any transfer,conference..(within site and outside), i have seen, new connection id , has been generated? is that correct?
there is one blog, which i read here..which were confusing..so i ask this question..

It depends on configuration, but in general, for consultation is generated new ConnID. For multi-site calls as well (in almost cases).

I have seen it for conference as well.is that expected?
