Title: Genesys Pulse

Hi,
  I am new to genesys pulse. I tried to build a widget with predefined templates. And when i preview it, i can see the widget of what i have created(list or KPI). But, once the widget is created i am getting a message "STATUS NOT ACTIVE YET".

Check the logs - especially on Collector and StatServer level

Hi,
  I build a widget to display the agent login time. But i received a text within a widget like "Status Not Active Yet". And i have checked the  pulse collector log file. But, i am not able to solve the issue. Please help me regarding this.

Is the ODS receiving data for that AG?

Yes, Ods is receiving the data.

Hi,

I have seen same issue in my lab. Pulse collector creates some temporary files in the installation directory.
You have to clear some space in Pulse collector directory and you can see the Pulse working.
