We are using SQL Server 2000 on Advanced Server with 4GB of RAM. We have CCon, URS and Message Server writing to DB for a call center with 1000 agents and 30,000 daily calls.
CCon by itself is only using 20Megs of RAM, but our SQL Server memory utilization is always around 1.7GB! We have nothing else using it, and I was wondering what would be causing it. I have never seen this much momery used by database before. Is it normal for this many calls?
