Hi guys,
Having an issue here. Voice interactions on UCS are always being kept as status 2 and therefore not moved to UCS Archive...this is killing space.
According to Genesys guys on IWS when agent hits the MarkDone button it should work and update as status 3, but just doesn't happen.
Is there something to be done on the voice strategy?

I think, you can update Interaction properties within the routing strategy. You just have to know InteractionId and then you will be able to change the "status" property. But, what version of IWS are you using? Have several customer with various version of IWS/WDE and never encountered similiar issue. Just have tested in my LAB on WDE and status for voice interactions is "3".
