Title: eServices Agent State and Interaction Event

How interacton state and agent state can be controlled using external Telephony in SAP .

Client want to use softphone in SAP to control the WDE for all interaction using translation layer.  Event such as logoff, disconnect, etc

Talk then to SAP guys, both of you have to create something that will be executed on SAP side and control all.
Redo all what GPlus does...worth it?
