Title: Configuration Manager Annex View

I just switched over from a HP laptop to the Lenovo X1 Carbon laptop.  However, with Genesys CME installed, my preview option now only shows the object "Transactions" and not the "Annex".  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as toggle through the various View options.  I didn't have this problem before on the HP.  Does anyone have any idea how I can enable the preview to show my Annex data?

Thank you but I tried that already.  The Annex heading is shown in the preview but it does not show the Annex data.  It continues to display the Transaction data.

What exactly do you mean by "Preview"? You have screenshots to compare what you mean?
