Hi everybody,
Could you help me please? I have tested the situation, where the callback requests were in the queue for longer time, because there weren't any free agents. But the lifetime of Call Back requests was shorter as the end time seted by creation. The Call Back Server deleted the requests after 10 minutes from the point, when they were send to the queue. I didn’t find any useful options to enlarge or vanish this restriction. Do you have some helpful ideas?
