Hello SME. I am configured successfully SMS driver and Faceook/Twitter and all connected well.
I need help with Twitter, I added the handle to monitor and I am getting the tweets with that handle in genesys but issue I am facing is I am also getting agent response back on WDE.
How I can stop getting agent replies ? its running like infinite loop right now unless I stop the interaction without replying.

Guess you forgot on the target object the stop object for existing interactions.
Check your URS and IXN logs

Sorry, let me provide more info. yes , I do have stop existing interaction in target block.,
Reply to twitter are successfully getting on twitter and i Can see replies on twitter but somehow these replies again come back as new interaction on agent WDE.
Twitter driver is pulling all recent replies etc from all parties and creating interactions.
I think,I am missing some configuration setting.

Again, check URS logs and IXN. Magic balls are out of service for the moment.
