Hi, I was wondering if there is anybody from Home Shopping Network reading this. I have read case study for HSN Genesys implementation, and was wondering if someone could answer some of the questions regarding OCS 6.5 capabilities.

I work at HSN.. A little late though huh?
We used Genesys Outbound in the 5.1 days. We installed OCS 6.1
in dev but never used it in production.

We developed our own outbound application using predictive dialer.

You mean you have developed application on top of OCS? Or did you develop your own thing?
I find OCS a really advanced product with a helluva of bells and whistles. Unfortunately, Mosaix has already left a lasting impression here, and so, all customers want is OCS that works like Mosaix! I have on many occasion tried to explain that it should not be fitted to work as Mosaix, but...so far, each time I see an OCS implementation, it is always mimicking that of Mosaix...
Why, god, why?
