Title: Find allocated licenses in Genesys

Where in Genesys can I find how many licenses are allocated to agents? I assume I can find it in CME. Could any one please help? Thanks

Doing a logged in request on StatServer or if you have LRM you can get that info

Another way is you can find it via log files via /opt/gcti_logs (Windows will have a different path)

depend on which component that you are looking for
